Year Two UoG History Student Visit

13 University of Glos History Students visited and planned an afternoon of activities linked to the Windrush Generation using Floella Benjamin’s “Coming to England” book.

 

The children learned about her real-life story leaving Trinidad to move to London and how it must have felt coming as a black girl to integrate into Britain.
