Welcome back!
We hope you have had a great Easter break. We were so lucky with the weather and hope you managed to get out on lots of walks.
We are so excited for the summer term. We are going to be learning about the seaside in History and Geography and making our own clay sea creatures in Art. For Science we will be investigating plants and in R.E we will continue our learning about the Jewish Faith.
We are also really looking forward to doing recorder lessons with you all on a Friday morning.

Summer term 2
Welcome back to the last term in year 1. We hope you had a wonderful break and enjoyed the sun.
This half term we will be continuing with some of the learning from before the break. In Science we will move on to thinking about Spring and Summer. In RE we will be thinking about the question 'How should we care for the world and for others' and in DT we will be designing and making fruit kebabs.
You will also have the opportunity to meet the adults that will be teaching you in year 2 and get to hear about all the fun you will have with the learning.
