"Where is the best place for a picnic?"
In this Geography led theme, we will explore our local area, using maps and fieldwork to locate good locations for a picnic within walking distance. To finish the learning, we of course will have a picnic in that location!

World Book Day 2023
World Book Day was amazing today! We enjoyed bedtime stories during the day with parents coming in to read to us too! Thank you!
We had book themed Maths using our latest book "The Once Upon a Time Map Book" to explore position and direction and co-ordinates. At lunch, children took part in a "bookswap" to take home different books. We enjoyed a "Booknic" picnic after lunch and tried the Masked Reader challenge trying to work out which teacher was behind the mask! After our assembly, we visited other classrooms for a last bedtime story.
