Year 5 Recipe Book

Today I would like you to find a favourite family recipe. It may be Uncle Eddy's chocolate cake or Granny Smith's apple turnovers. Find out exactly what ingredients are required and what the method steps are. Set it out like a proper recipe - a set of instructions - (example below) and send it to me so that we can create our own Class Recipe Book.

Today we are going to have fun with food by creating an edible artwork.

Look at the examples below for ideas, but be as creative as you can. Can you create something great to eat, but also great to look at?

If you would prefer not to use real food, you can always draw your food art (but don't eat your drawing afterwards!)
