Practise your spellings.

Now that my story is complete, a few people have suggested that I get it published - George said I should 'make it into a selling book'. That is not an easy thing to do, but part of the process is sending a synopsis to publishing companies. A synopsis is a short re-telling of the story. Publishers usually ask for a synopsis to be less than one page and no more than 500 words.

Your task today is to write me a synopsis for Shakespeare's Wooden Leg.

Look at my example below, which is a synopsis of a story you all know.

Today you are going to make a little book!

First of all, find yourself a piece of A4 paper and a pair of scissors.

Now watch the video from the link below to make a 4-page mini-book.

Having made your book, you can now be creative.

You could fill your book with drawings or poems. You could make a short comic book with cartoons. You could find interesting leaves from outside and stick one onto each page - come up with your own idea of what to put in your book - have fun.
