Find information about our curriculum below.
The National Curriculum (2014) covers the core subjects of English, Mathematics, Science and Information Technology together with the foundation subjects of Art and Design, Design Technology, Geography, History, Music, Physical Education, and Citizenship, Personal, Social and Health Education (CPSHE).
Religious Education is, of course, also part of our school curriculum.
We firmly believe in a structured approach to all learning and we aim to provide a stimulating environment for our pupils. Class teachers plan work in great detail, taking into account the range of academic ability within their class. A balance of whole class, group and individual teaching methods are used in our classrooms. Subjects may be taught either individually or as part of integrated topic work.
